Documents Printing Status Processed but not dispatched!

Dear all,

My wife's OCI application status is showing "Documents Printing Status PROCESSED on 23rd Jan" but it still hasn't been dispatched from New Delhi. Could anybody let me know if it does take that many days to dispatch or there may be an issue with the application please?

Update: The status is showing that the OCI documents are dispatched today. I wonder why it took so many days to dispatch. Anyway, all is well which ends well:).
