Tier -1 Dependant visa from Sri lanka marriage certificate

First thanks for all contributors as I have got valuable help from this forum for past 3 years occasionally .

Question: At present I’m on Tier 1 general and living in the UK for past 3 years .
I’m having my wedding this year June in Srilanka and my fiancé still live there and I m planning apply for Tier -1 Dependent visa for her soon after the wedding .
Can you please let me know that do I have to get my marriage certificate authenticated by ‘Ministry of External Affairs’ before I submit?
Does anybody have experience on this ? Any help would be highly appreciated.
