Hello Guys, i have a Question.I´m german citizin and my Partner is Italian Citizin we both got a child together he is german citizin.
We live and work in Uk since 3 Years.

Now is the thing, he got a Child in Nigeria he getting 12 Years soon.We send every month money over to pay the school fees,food,clothes medical treatment etc. How we can apply for the child to come over and stay with us. The child Mother agree to stay with us here.

Pls I need ur guys help.

If the child is not an EU national, and a visa national, you can apply for an EEA family permit.

Proof that you are the parent and proof that either you or spouse are exercising treaty rights in the UK (working, student, self-sufficient) will be required.

Your best option will be applying for an EU Family permit for him

We both are eu Nationals and we are working here.

Is it better to take a Immigration Laywer or something like this?Because I dont want to make any mistakes.

Its only £55 plus the price of a plane ticket.

The EEA Family Permit is free. It's the application for RC/PR that cost £55.
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
