Tier 2 ICT Long term to Short Term - Response required

I'm new member to fourm site and this site answers all my basic question which i had in my past.

my question on ILR eligibility.

My entry date to UK - 14 Feb 2010 under Tier 2 ICT ( Established Staff) and subsequently extended till April 2014 Tier 2 ICT ( Long Term Staff). Now I'm going for extension till Dec 2014 which may fall under Tier 2 ICT ( Short term) due to duration of extension (9 months). next extension will be likely at Dec 2014 based on project requirement.

My ILR cut-off date will 13 Feb 2015.

Is there any implication on existing rules that may not allow me apply for ILR at 13 Feb 2015 due to change in Long term to Short Term Staff.?

Any feedback will help me?
