2nd Extension

Post by payal505 » Sun Feb 02, 2014 1:31 pm

Hi,

I was issued a Tier1 General visa in May 2009. I went to the UK in 2011 and renewed the visa in 2012 for another two years. It is now due to expire in May 2014. During the last year (May 2013 to April 2014), I was working in India from April 2013-August 2013. I worked on contract in UK from September 2013-December 2013. And since then have come back to India and am working. would I be able to claim an uplift ratio for my earnings in India?

Uplift ratios cannot be applied for extension applications no matter in which country the earnings were made
