change of name - just a letter to ukba or form?

hi Manci

I am on tier2 sponsored visa since last two years and last month I got my surnage changed.

I dont have seperate Biometric card but typical visa stamp on my Indian passport

Does change of name falls under 'Change of Circumtances' (just posting a letter to UKBA' or I need to go through all process in this url
