Hi All,

I would like to thank all in the forum . My ILR has been approved successfully .

I have taken all the list of document as much as i can to support my case .

Thanks to everyone who helped me and others wonderful forum, if any has the query let me know .

Here's my summary

I had an 10 am appointment in liverpool. I arrived at 8:30. Process initiated directly @ 8:30 from security check etc .

During those 5 years my total number of days out of country was 31 days, the most in any single year was 21.

Documents I provided with my application:
- 2 photos each
- Online Payment Confirmation printout
- Life in UK pass certificate for both
- Two passports: My recently expired passport, and my current valid passport
- Wife's passport
- Biometrics Residency Permits for both
- 12 months of bank statements
- payslips from two previous jobs 12 months (Current & previous company provided payslips)
- P60
- A single letter from each company confirming the employment .
- original degree certificate
- original university transcript
- Marriage ceritifcate for wife


- Provided all the document for cohabitation ( I had many to select provide all)

Documents I had with me but did not submit nor was I asked for:
- HMRC earnings summary for 5 years


approved and on my way out by 11:30.

I always ask this from successful ILR applicants. Can you please post your date for firstEC granted, date of landing in UK, extension date and current visa expiry date. What documents did you provide for cohabitation.

It helps other to prepare their case.
