Tier 2 ICT to ILR - help me

Hi there,

My Visa stamped on 28 Jan 2010 and Entry clearance on 14 Feb 2010.

there after i did three extension and currently my visa expires on 14 Jan 2015.

I'm aware that I'm eligible for ILR since the rule April 6,2010 applies.

My question
1. when i can apply for ILR?
2. Do i need to go for another Extension before applying ILR?

Can i be able to change to Tier 2 General with another employer at the end of current visa period on 14 Jan 2015 ?

When i will be eligible for ILR if i change it to Tier 2 general after 14 Jan,2015 ?
Does 4 year 11 month in TIER 2 ICT will count towards ILR ? or clock sticks from day when i apply the Tier 2 general?

you can apply 28 days before 28 Jan 2015 because of the concession described on p22:

no

If you wish you can also switch to T2G any time with a new CoS and it will not re-set your ILR clock
