NICOP application first timer

Hi all,
I know this sounds a bit crazy but I'm confused like crazy on my NICOP application form. Can someone out there pls help!???????????
Ok this is my situation....on the form it asks for family head. Now if I was single I would write my fathers details but as I am married I am the family head. On the form it asks for my NICOP number as family head.....but this is my first registration & I don't have one yet so what do I write? The notes state this is a mandatory field & must not be left blank! I am so confused as it is so contradictory.....can anyone pls advise? Thnx.

Hi , as far as i know nicop works like a family tree,
For male you have to write your father detail as head of family .
For female who is married and have changed id card with husband name on it then you have to put husband detail as family head.

Thnx for response Ali but unfortunately this doesn't help. What you say makes gr8 sense & is logical. Maybe I have not explained properly so will try again. I do not have nicop so am applying first time. So form asks for family head number, normally I would write my dad details but as I am married that makes me family head & I can't write my own number as I don't have 1 but I am not allowed to leave blank. Secondly when I apply for my wife she has me as family head but I have no number but again cannot leave blank! Confused? I am & so will you be if you're in my predicament. Lol........pls help me ppl

You need to giv ur dadz detail in bcoz u neva had pakstn ID before so you cannt prove widout ur dad that you r pakstani.
Even if you 50,60 yrs old u stil giv ur dadz name n ID numbr to prove that you r pakstni. So fill your dad in n. As far as ur mrs u need to apply urs first n thn hers.
