RLMT

Hi All,
I have a question regarding RLMT. I am on tier 2 general at the moment which I switched from PSW. In order to change company I will need RLMT. Is it sufficient if job is advertised on the company's website or whAT are the mediums or agencies that are accepted by UKBA as a proof of genuine RLMT.
Also I have a feeling that RLMT is not required if the job is at PHD level ??

Thanks for your reply Manci, I have just read it and Luckily the type of jobs I will be looking for fall under PHD level and are exempted from RLMT !! :D

I also believe that I will need an unrestricted COS ? and salary requirements as the experienced workers under SOC list ?
