Regarding work permit solicitor

Dear All

First of all, I am really sorry if I am not posting in the right section.

My question is that my brother who lives in middle east has been offered a job here in UK. The compnay is not applying for the visa and asked my brother to apply for visa for himself. I would like to know if any one could suggest a good solicitor here in UK who could apply the visa on behalf of my brother.
