Applying for ILR- Proof of absence self -employed required ?

Post by tripas33 » Tue Feb 11, 2014 3:18 pm

Hello Guys,

I am bit confused with the guidelines with regard to evidence for absence from UK in case of self -employed when applying for ILR. I am self -employed on Tier 1 visa and plan to apply for ILR in May 2014 , do I need to submit evidence for absence from UK which are less than 180 days in a year?

If yes , can I provide the proof on my own letter head of a private limited company , me being the director of the company.

Thanks,
Tripas

Hi Tripas,
I realise your post is more than a year old but if you do happen to get this message could you please advise what you did for your proof of evidence as self employed ?

Regards
Thanks
Rahul
