hi all i had hearing today and plz give any suggestion about out come .
psw to tier1 50000 refusal reason (1) money in my own account but not credible source .2 your client is the client of your solicitor 3 market research is not good enough but in hearing they only discuse money and source .hearing time 10am waited long and i was heard 3pm for 30 min judge asked ho rep to ask me question but he said he dont have any question to ask judge asked again ho rep wht does the credible source means he simply said he is not sure but case worker was not convinced judge asked ho rep what is the reasion of not cosidering her genuine ent he replied i dont have any answer . judge said there should be strong reasion to duobt her genuines thats all between judge and home office .and then judge asked me where did you get this money from i replied 25000 husband 15000 my saving and 10000 from father he ask for profe with transaction i said i will provied if needed but am woundring that was not asked by ho to provide thats all about my hearing pray for me everyone thanks for reading

It seems you will get positive reply from HO..I dnt understand one thing"your client is the client of your solicitor" what does it mean?and how did they know that your client is your solicitors client?plz reply and oblige...

what you talking about khanz 54k in my personal account only my contract client who i reffer to my solicitor become problem

You know how they came to know abt your client ?thats my guessing,they might have contacted your client and asked how did they know your company?this way they came to know...

You no need to worry abt this coz this is business and in the business the best method of advertisement is "word to Mouth" yes you told your solicitor that m running this business if anyone need service I can do in better rate....that's call recommended business...dnt wry you ll get your visa...
