Daughter s visa

Me and my wife are on WP and have come to the UK in Jun06. We had our baby daughter born here 3 mths back and now my wife is returning back to India with our baby . My daughter has an UK Birth Certificate and an Indian Passport issued by the High Commision of India , London

My question is that, we have not applied for the dependant visa for my daughter so will it be a problem for my daughter to travel back home .

Incase my stay in UK increases due to my job I will have to get them back 6mths months from now and then may have to get the dependant visa done there . Also it is less expensive in India as well.

An early answer would be much appreciated.
