Question towards permanent resident/citizenship

I am non EU citizen. I have been living in Hungary for last 2 years. My questions is if I move to another EU country will my these 2 years will count towards permanent residence or citizenship of that country.

Will appreciate if you can mention which countries will accept these 2 years towards permanent residence/citizenship.
