My company has applied an sponsorship licence for me. After going through this forum, this came into my mind to create this post so we can help each others to give information about processing time to obtain Tier 2 Sponsorship licence . Here is our detail

Company Type : Start up
Application Type : Tier 2 Small sponsor
Sponsorship licence Applied : 25-11-2013
Documents received by UKBA: 06-12-2013
Pre Licencing visit : 17-01-2014 (Unannounced)
Second Pre Licencing visit: 28-01-2014 (Announced)
Further Information Requested: 06-02-2014
Decision: Pending

Hi Folks,

Thanks for update. I am also preparing the sponsorship licence application. I am certifying everything from my director is that alright ? She is the best as far as i know. In your case from which officer you have signed your documents ? it resolves my problems. I am facing delays just because of this.

You have been very lucky. My company is still waiting for decision even after 3 weeks of pre licencing visit.

Could someone explain the process of getting tier 2 general VISA. Do we have any validity for the same once we get it.
