Court Summons but no Conviction

Hi everyone,

I just realised that I had a court summons for unpaid TV license, but it was then settled out of court and directly with TV licensing, and the case is presumably dropped? And there was no conviction?

My question is do I have to declare the court summons in the form? I am quite worried as i have just posted my application to ukba.
