TB Test

Hi All
I am from India & I just got the UK Tier 2 Visa . My UK work demands me to travel to India frequently.
Do I need to keep producing the TB test report every time I enter UK ?

My wife lived in the uk for very long, she has resident permit. Her visa expired two days ago, while on long work holiday(less than 2 years away uk)
She is in pakistan, does she needs to do TB test again, or she will be considered returning uk resident.
