ILR Query-11P

Post by AliZ » Sun Feb 16, 2014 12:56 pm

Dear Members & Gurus

I have an ILR appointment coming in next couple of weeks, I have following queries;

My immigration history,

Work permit issued on 15 Jan 2009 (18 months)
Tier 2 G extension until 17 July 2013
Tier 2 G extension until 30 July 2015

On set (O) form section 11P they ask for following documents;
For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant
requirements of the immigration rules for the period in question as specified below:

If you were a work permit holder, documents confirming that you were in the employment for which a work
permit was issued
throughout the period concerned

Can someone please confirm what documents are require in order to fulfill this requirement, also my initial work permit was issued on salary of £17,000 but for year end 2009/2010 my salary per P60 was £15,220, can anyone see any problem with less salary?

All the other years salaries were paid appropriately, currently being paid at the appropriate rate as per Code of Practice.

Kind regards

Just keep original WP and P60 with you but no need to produce it unless demanded. I don't think you will be asked any questions as for many applicants who have shared experience here salary was increased only in last three months to meet the SOC requirement and they were successful.

Thank you for quick reply dk2011,

I have two documents for my initial work permit,
one is Work Permit Approval Letter
and other FLR letter based on wp approval letter,

Which one you recommend to keep?

Also I have P60 information in the form of HMRC letter, I have lost the original for that year, would that be sufficient evidence?

Kind regards

Hi Neesheel

As you can see from my initial post I have mentioned that my salary for 2009/10 was £15,220 but on work permit FLR document it was £17,000, my only concern is
Are they going to ask me why I was paid less salary in 2009/10?

Kind regards
