Hi All,

I will have to apply for ILR end of this year.

Visa Start Date for all : 1-1-2010

First entry in UK
My self : 5-02-2010
My Wife & Daughter : 14-02-2010

First Extension
My self & All Dependent : 10-12-2012

Late Entry for My self : 36 days
Late Entry for My dependent : 44 days
Outside UK after first entry for all : 21 Days

Total my self outside UK during 5 year period : 57 days
Total my dependent outside UK during 5 year period : 65 days

As per UK BA new English Requirement everybody must have to pass Life in UK & English Level Exam.

Me & My wife both have done Master Degree throughout English medium & it is already in PBS as well.
I applied for English Language Assessment in UK Naric and i get letter from UK Naric and they mention in letter for level of English is CEFR level C1.
And UK BA have B1 requirement so as per my knowledge C1 is higher than B1(may be i am wrong).
So please any expert give more opinion on it.

Question
1) Do we need to give any ESOL exam for English Requirement after this UK Naric letter?
2) Do we need to get UK Naric Extra Certificate or letter is fine when we apply for ILR?
3) Can we apply for ILR between 5-12-2014 to 25-12-2014?
4) My one daughter born in UK on Dec-2010 can I apply her ILR same time? ( Does she need to wait for 5 years for ILR?)

Please any expert give reply on this question its really big help.

You don't need to apply ILR for your UK born. You can apply nationality for her. A child born in UK to ILR parent is eligible for UK citizenship. For more information please see ... https://www.gov.uk/get-a-child-passport. You an apply for her nationality case after your ILR.
