Below is my case and any advise is much appreciated.
I got my British citizenship in August 2013.
My wife is going for her visa extension.
She is in this country for 2.8 months and is currently on FLR(M) visa.
Now, I can either apply for her SET(M) visa which costs me 1051 GBP
or apply for her visa extension under her current visa FLR(M) and that costs me 578 GBP. If i got for her current visa extension, that will save me around 500 GBP.
In any case, she can apply for her citizenship in June as she will complete 3 years UK residency.
Could someone please advise on which way to go (flr to citizenship or setm to citizenship) or atleast confirm if my views are correct? Has any one been in this situation before?
