Which form to use for ILR

Post by psbiotech » Wed Feb 19, 2014 6:44 pm

Hi Gurus,
I am going to apply for ILR IN MAY 2014 and i need to use SET(O) application form.
My wife and child also eligible for ILR (as spouse & child came to UK before June 2012 on TIER 1 DEPENDENT).
Can I use 1 form (SET O) for all of us or ?

Thanks in advance

Yes, it is Set(o) and you can include your dependents on your form if they have been resident for 2 years.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
