Error with BRP card

Error with BRP card

Dear friends

Today I have got my BRP card and unfortunately my place of birth has been wrongly embossed on the back side of the card. Passport's Place of issue has been embossed in lieu of actual place of birth.

Kindly address my queries.

Does it make any impact on my travel which I am planning to go my home country on 3rd of March?

If yes, what is best possible way to contact UKBA to correct this issue?

If not, shall I contact UKBA after when I return to get the correct one?

You had better contact UKBA as soon as possible to avoid issues. Better safe than sorry.

I second the opinion that you should contact Ho and inform them of this error. Better be safe than sorry.
