It's a refusal quoting the immigration judge's determination that I am not genuine. Sick and tired of UKBA

yes it was 2nd application and i have been given the appeal right again(out of surprise). now i have to look for another visa and appeal in the meantime to purchase time as i have 1.5 years to go

Just one question, did you re-apply within 7 working days after your latest refusal as my immigration adviser mentioned HO is giving the right of appeal (second time) if you re-apply within 7 working days of your 28 days allowed?

was this application you made out of time (after visa expired and within 28 days?

I have similar situation like you. In dec 2014 my 10 yrs completing, and this application i made out of time. lets see!
i called them yesterday to find out progress but they haven't made any decision yet.
