hi there to all,
i want ask a question if any of you know any thing about this please do reply any help will be appreciated

i am a (Pakistani) married to a Spanish women( She is currently employed)
we both are living in U.K .I have R.P of an eea family member i have been to Spain couple of times as well with no problems regarding visa or any thing
now the main question is,me and my wife want to move back to Spain.
what documents do i need to get the visa or even its called a visa or not to go to Spain which will allow me to work there and live there with my family.

we both are employed here in U.K
i also have the libro de familia(the family book).
so just wanted to know what else do i need and how can i apply for the visa or what ever it is so i can live in Spain with my wife.
can i apply for it from U.K or i have to be in Spain to apply for it .

please do reply any help will be appreciated many thanks in advance.

Surinder Singh route will apply here for which the uk based documents such as proof of addresses, employment etc will be very imperative in applying residence permit there.

Surinder Sing applies only to British immigration. You simply move back, and then apply at Extranjeria office for your tarjeta de familiar. It's very straight forward. You have to have an address, be registered with the nearest government office (empadronado) first.

Surinder Singh case applies to all EEA nationals who after working in another member states are now returning their homeland with non-eu national partner.
