ILR parents - baby born outside UK

Hi,
We were on tier1 and now on ILR.
If the baby is born outside UK, is the baby eligible for ILR? or will it be ILR dependent?

ILR Dependent as you are settled.

If the baby is born in the UK, the baby will be automatically British by birth and can apply for passport directly.

If both parents are settled the child should apply for settlement on form SET(F) or ILE if applying from outside the UK, VAF4A and Appendix 1. I assume the child was not born in the UK.
