URGENT - Wife ILR (Tier 2) with Husband ILR (TIer 1) ??

Hi,

I am on Tier 1 General VISA (due for renewal in April 2014) (4 years now)

My Wife is on Tier 2 ICT visa (due for renewal in Mar 2014) - NOT dependent on me. (3 years now)

My ILR is due in April 2015.

Can my wife apply for ILR in April 2015 alongwith me as Dependent (even though she is on different VISA & not completed 5 years)

Or shoudl she switch to TIOer 1 depenent now & apply for ILR next year with me ??
