Documents for re-application

Hi

We are now reapplying, so can you please guide us about the documents that needs to be resubmitted from companies house,
we currently only attached a CAR.

Do we also need to submit a company register , register of member, director etc

Am confused about the £3 invoice which everyone claim to have submitted?

Please if you can also give us a list of all the documents required for re-submission
