complicated case

hello guys
my case is very complicated and hanging on a thin thread.

I am divorced and just got a contact order to see my 5yr old daugther, Her mum and I both emigrated here 9 years ago, says her application for extension ( TIER 1 work permit ) was refused and asked to leave the UK.

Since we are apart, the home office wants to issue a travel document to my daughter, without my notice.

However my case is still being considered, which has been for months.

I would hate to loose contact with my daughter, is there anything I can do ?

I did, hence why i was taken through the complaints process and now at the point, asked to state my reasons, which I have done and will be sending it off tomorrow.
