English Language Requirement

Hi
I'll be applying British Citizenship next month and need advise on requirement of english language test.
I've degree which is part of UKBA point based system list, do I still need to get UK NARIC certification for my degree.

Appreciate your advise.

According to Page 5 from new form ( Oct 13),I think you need a letter or certificate from UK NARIC to confirm that the qualification was taught in English.
Am I right?
