Hi,
I came to UK in oct 14th 2010 on tier 1 general,got
Visa valid from oct 12th 2010.went back to home country on
Nov 9th 2010.came back to UK on April 9th 2011, and present
In UK till now.got tier1 extension and valid visa till
Oct 15th 2015.i m a bit confused now should I go for
An extension later this year or apply for ILR in sept 2015.
My total absences till now are 150 days.i.e from nov 9th 2010 to April 9th 2011

You will be eligible for ILR in Sep'15 and you should be fine, as long as you fulfill the rest of other criteria. Please provide reason for your absences in a covering letter.
