Hello all,

Just trying to gather the documents as i have booked my PEO appointment in first week of April along with my dependant wife .
I have seen most people have submitted marriage certificate ,is it a must to submit one as i dont have my original certificate here and i have a copy.. ( I have a copy of my sons Birth certificate which shows both our names and few joint named letters in cohabitation document)

Any suggestions please... Thanks for your time.
