Hello everyone,
I am in a difficult situation and I would like someone who can advise me on the following please:-
My post work study visa will expire in july this year and I would like to know what are other immigration categories I could apply for as I've been in this country for 7 years.
My job occupation is not at NQF level 6 but my salary meet the requirements for tier 2(general), can I still apply for it or does the job title count as well?
Can I apply discretionary leave to remain on Article 8 as my baby had cremated here?
