exchange rate

Post by fomar » Sun Aug 22, 2004 9:15 am

The HSMP started in 1/1/2002. The exchanging rate at that time was 5 times less than it is now for example: in 1/1//2002 1GBP = 6.5 now it is 11.5. So, does anyone know if I can claim points in earning section according to the history of exchange rate for more than 2 years.

It is totally unfair as my country shoud be put in a lower category because of the big change in the exchanging rate.

you can do that. In some cases they consider older exchange rate for students who used to earn a year back or 2 but now no earnings. In your case since you are not a student they will consider present rate.
