SEGS REJECTED.....urgent plz

i finished my masters (electronics) here in uk. my application for SEGS was rejected saying my course was not eligible. I got result in feb07 and waiting for graduation in july. I am also not eligible for IGS as I got result before may07. I even got job offers in hand. what can i do now?

if u have a job offer...ask yr company to file workpermit visa for u

thanks for ur reply. yes. I can ask the company to file a work permit for me. but, usually they won't do as it involves lot of paper work

Not really, you can involve a solicitor who can do all the paper work and all your employer needs to do is Sign a WP application, if its a reputable company you should get WP

I am in similar situation, my SEGS visa is running out in oct 2007, I recently find a job and my company want me to continue with the job, I am working in an IT company and problem is that IT does not fall in shortage of skills.
My questions are,
do i need a new job based on advertisement or my present employer can can arrange WP for me.
Does it require a an advertisement(so other candidate xan also apply. in this case my job cold be in danger in this .lol

how Much salaray would be appropriate for it (if any one knows mimimum limit of the salary)
