ILR from PBS dependent and ILR dependent

Hi everyone!

I want to know when I would be able to apply for ILR?

My details are as follow :

1. I entered in UK as Tier 1(General) Partner on 26/10/2011 and living with my husband since then
2. My husband changed his status to ILR and so did I changed my status to ILR dependent on 17/10/2012.

When would I be able to apply for ILR as spouse of person settle in UK?
