Waiting for court decision

Post by Mike21 » Mon Mar 10, 2014 12:12 pm

Visa applied:nov 2012
Application refused :April 2013
Court hearing date :5 feb 2014
Waiting for determination letter
Refusal reason
1.third party funds and bank letter didn't mention name
2. Legal representative letter not signed by applicant
Court hearing experience :no question raised by ho representatives and judge
Finally judge told me judgement reserved
My question is how long it will take to send determination Letter from court already 5 weeks over?

what are you saying?
objection.legal representative letter not signed by applicant.

Legal representative should only confirm the validity of signatures on declaration between applicant and third party .
Third party and applicant should sign the letter between them.
