Do the dependent of Tier Entrepreneur from out side uk need to have any specific English level? like B1 or Ielts? if yes could u send me link? as i cannot find it. thanks

I think so....
There is no requirement of english for dependant.

thanks. That's what i thought but someone said to me rules been changes last year which require English test for dependent, but cant find any such information..
