affect of caution on ILR

Post by sunny13 » Mon Mar 10, 2014 4:57 pm

Hello

I received written caution in 2006 and my ILR is due next year. Under new rules they are likely to refuse me.
Is there anything I can do?

Looking forward for replies

if you got caution in 2006 that would not effect on your ILR as its a non custodial two years has lapsed but i would advice you must to declare that and 100 % sure will not effect on ILR if i am not wrong

You should be ok as it's not a general grounds for refusal once 24 months has lapsed.
