My visa was refused on not providing the specific Current Appointment report. We provided that report in bundle and also sent it to the case worker. HO withdraw their case a day before the hearing on 7 January.
Now I was waiting for my BPR and a different visa officer wrote a letter explaining my circumstances i.e I applied, they refused and then they took their case back and at the end she said she wants the Current Appointment Report...
Surprise to me as I sent that before and they took their case back on the same report.. Dont know why they asked for it again?
Anyone ever got refusal after HO withdraw their appeal ?
