need advice for bussiness plan

hello
my post study work visa will be expire on June. i am running a hotel as a director since last year , i want to apply entrepreneur visa on this hotel basis . i got my all funds, but i was upset to see the'' ukba appendix j''. According to it i need to show my business plan level 4. I have asked many solicitor they said then can make business plan which can be fulfill the requirements of level 4. so could here anyone who can be advice to me what is best option for me i need to go ahead or dropped that idea.

you can certainly do taxi business but not under psw 50 k route ...... for that you have to apply under 200 k category.

@ parminder, being a director of a any business doesn't make that business to qualify for NQF level 4. You need to have a look at the service that such business renders to its customers and in the case of an hotel you cant use the 50k PSW route. If you intend to continue your hotel business and get the tier 1 entrepreneur visa, then you will need to show that you have either invested part or all of 200k funds and with the balance in cash.

Taxi business is also a no for 50k PSW route.
