Can i submit 40 days old utility bill for dep Visa frm indi?

Thanks for resolving mine all query !!

I am applying to my spouse settlement Visa from the India and going to submit the application along with all required document on 25th of march. But i have utility bill and council tax on 12th Feb 2014.

Can you please advice, is it OK to submit 40 days old utility bill ?
