FLR(M) application payslips query

Post by julian1972 » Fri Mar 14, 2014 5:40 am

As the date for the submission of my FLR(M) application gets closer I want to make absolutely sure that everything is in order. I am in a non-salaried employment, my 26th week payslip will be generated on May 2nd 2014 which will show that in 6 months I've earned at least £11,000 gross. My intention was to post the application on Friday 16 May (some 2 weeks after generating the last payslip.

Will there be a problem with these 2 weeks gap or I should submit the application immediately I received my 26th week payslip?

Secondly, my payslips are in a PDF format and I print them off myself every week. It shows the name and address of my employer (NHS Professionals Ltd.), though I'll be submitting an employer's letter confirming employment with the application, do I still need to ask the employer to stamp the payslips?

Thanks for your assistance guys!

So long as the last payslips and bank statements are within 28 days of the application date.

Get them to stamp them if they can.

Thanks Amber, it won't be so easy to get them to stamp the payslips but I'll definitely give it a try.

Can an application be refused solely for not submitting stamped payslips?

Ask them to adjust the letter if they can't stamp, to state that they are genuine.

Hi Julian/Amber,
I am in pretty much same situation (see below), but I have some questions :

My situation is below :
(1) Same job for more than 6 months (Infact, even in my case its same employer : NHSP !)
(2) Hourly paid, flexible working, permanent job
(3) Different pay every week

My questions are :
(Q1) Do I need to show the 6 months worth of pay or 12 months worth of pay ?
(Q2) What formula shall I use in my case ? (I have weekly salary)

Kind Regards
MPat
