Please help - SET(0) application doubts

Post by PKCh123 » Sat Mar 15, 2014 11:57 am

Hello Gurus,
I am on Tier1 General and was on Workpermit before.
I have 210 days gap in 2010 and splitting them into two 12 months periods.
I need your guidance on the following questions

1). Section 6.1, it says the first entry date, can you confirm if it has to be the very first UK entry date or the date for 5 years of ILR application after splitting

2). As I am splitting the 210 days in to two 12 months periods. How to fill the dates in Section 6.2?
if I enter right date left and entered it will result more than 180 days? is that ok?

3). In section 7.11, for the question How long you lived in UK? I will enter total time from very first date I entered in UK
also, in the table below for the question Please provide details of any periods of absence of more than 6 months during that time.
should I fill it for that 180+days absence in 2010? what should be the reason? personal?

Any help will boost my confidence. Appreciate in advance.
Thanks

You need a separate sheet where you
explain continuous period calculation (<=180 ) for each each qualifying period and attach with the application. This is very important .
