Applying Visitor Visa from UK, Indian national

Hi

I am an Indian national working in UK on a Work Permit for the past 6 months, I want to apply for a visiting visa to US for a period of 20 days. My Work Permit is valid until december 2007
Need some help on the following
Can I apply it from UK?
What category does this VISA comes under?
If possible what all documentation they require?
