Visa Refused

Dear Members

My visa got refused on the basis of following reasons

1. Your business plan was copied from website they have not mentioned which website and it uses another company name in the following sentence. "Business success realises that one strategy for one business and other could be good for other businesses". ( here they think business success is a company name. My point is I would have taken this from website It could have been copied I was not submitting a thesis so i didn't put any references I liked the idea and I used it in my plan )
2. You have told us how did you conduct your market research during an interview but no evidence was submitted. (I did not submit market research but explained him in detail how i conducted my market research how can they refuse on this reason when it was not compulsory to submit market research)
3. Your experience doesn't relate to the business you are doing (He asked this question during an interview I submitted my CV , I have done MBA from UK and explained him during an interview that it does match as my business is business consultancy and I have worked in sales and role where my job title was senior merchandiser but one of my main job duties was of business development don't know how to satisfy HO on this ) ?
4. You have mentioned on your website that you will be giving services in different fields like HR, Finance etc which is mis leading for customers as you are not covering all the fields as of now ( I explained him in an interview that my plan is to hire 2 people in specialised fields who can cover other areas for me)

I have lodged an appeal on the basis of general grounds of appeal and waiting for a hearing date and preparing a bundle.

If you guys were in my situation what answers you would have given to the judge

They have refused u based on something not even compulsory in initial application. it is very sad to see HO refuse applications just like this, I am 100% sure u will win it but they will take long time to process it. If u know a good lawyer please share with me, coz I went for a interview as well, now expecting the same outcome like yours.

I am sorry to hear about this. But I would like to say something which i have mentioned in my many posts that people take this visa as a piece of cake. Come on wake up now. Your business plan & market research is back born of your business you can not make it by yourself or without the help of accountant unless you know accounting yourself. But some of on this forum says "no do it yourself". Ok go on then mates & increase the numbers of court proceedings.

Sorry to here about your refusal but none of the refusal points make any sense and it got nothing to do with genuine test. You must hire a very intelligent lawyer and give a fight.

These all are excuses not to give visa.

Business Success Realizes " is not a suitable sentence to begin with any way.

Rest of the points are defendable and I would strongly suggest a good lawyer to suport your points as Market research material is not necssary to submit and MBA does include business managment modules and can be justified.

@ kumar .. thanks for your motivation...unfortunately the answer to your question is none. As per my experience i don't think there's any lawyer who will fight your case as his own case in UK, everybody just wants to cash us so anyhow we will have to go with someone we think is better.

@ kumar sorry the last reply was for kamal . I know but i would really really appreciate if you tell me what answers you would have given in this case ? as whatever answers i wrote above might be a wrong answer in front of judge thanks
