Can I include my wife's property in the CA asset letter?

In the asset calculation letter from CA....

Only the primary applicant's property can be included.

Hello Everyone,
I am planning to apply for EC in 2 weeks time. My wife has some property in her name. Will I be able to include this as a immovable property asset while I apply for an EC.
Also will I be able to include her bank balance in the CA letter?

We both are planning to migrate to UK. The primary applicant is me only.
