Tier 2 General refused 1st time URGENT

Hi all

I am switching from PSW to Tier 2 General with my dependents. Unfortunately I have selected NVQ 4 level job instead NVQ 6 (Purchasing Officer). When I went to PEO Croydon after 4 hrs they told me that I have selected the wrong one. Then I assigned a new one as per NVQ 6
(company accountant) based on my 6 years accounting experience & qualification. I have got MBA from EdgeHill University & AAT qualified. I have finished 3 subjects in ACCA as well. When I enquired with UKBA help line, they said as long as I got the qualification & capable of doing the job will be fine. But my worry is particular job is under CHARTERED & CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANTS. So please can anyone tell me will get success this time and also how I can prove the case worker that I am not doing any wrong things its a genuine application? Please help urgent.

You should mention the same SOC code category as in the CoS assigned not anything different.

What is the SOC code mentioned in the CoS and at what level (new classification)?

my restricted cos got refused last week same as urs saying Job duties not matching with what we used (SOC) and they match that with level 4 soc code. Now my employer going to Conduct RLMT and we are planning to apply for under same code as urs. (Chartered & Certified Accountant) Would u be able to advice me with ur previous experience. i got Finance degree and chartered accountancy level 1 and 2. Can we apply under that code?
