Insurmountable obstacle to have family life outside the uk

I am indian citizen, in the UK in 2009 as tier 4 student. Since then i have been extending my visa as a student. Currently iam doing master and course is due to complete in October 2014.
I have british wife( white british) , got married in february 2014 and 10 months old british son. we are in relationship since early 2012

I am planning to apply under 10 years settlement route because we dont meet income level. However, i have to prove that there will be insurmountable obstacle if we have to start our life outside the UK.
There is no war or any instability back home. So, how likely my application will be successful. thanks
