Change of employer after recent visa extension

Dear Forum members,
I will appreciate if someone can kindly advise me regarding a change of employer application I will make following my recent visa extension. I extended my visa just 3 weeks back and now i have been offered a job elsewhere which i am keen on taking up.
1. will it create any problem if i apply a change of employer application so soon?
2. the new job my salary will be less than my present job, still above the minimum recommended level as per soc code. will that be an issue?

This will not be an issue at all so long as you get new CoS and paid the appropriate rate in the SOC
